Billing Clerk - Fuel Distributor
Location : Northwest Atlanta, GA (Grove Park area)
Pay: $27/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

ExecuSource is partnering with a well-established fuel distribution company in the search for an experienced Billing Clerk who can manage daily invoices, handle payments, support customers over the phone, and assist with general office administration in a collaborative setting.

What you get to do:
• Generate and process customer invoices daily
• Review delivery tickets and billing documents for accuracy
• Process credit card payments and utilize a check scanner for deposits
• Answer a multi-line phone system and assist with billing inquiries
• File documentation for AP and AR departments
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support vendor reimbursement paperwork and other administrative tasks
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:
• High School Diploma required
• Prior billing experience required
• Experience with invoice processing and payment handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
