Responsibilities As an Entry-level Sales Representative, your primary duties will include: Researching, identifying, and prospecting potential new clients through various channels. Generating qualified leads and initiating the first outreach with potential customers via email, phone, and social media. Clearly and professionally articulating the value of eAlliance's technology solutions and services. Supporting senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Developing a deep understanding of our core technologies, including AI, IDP, and RPA, to effectively address client enquiries. Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident demeanour. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. A highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to learn about the AI and data analytics industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
