Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative
Our client is hiring a competitive Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to support outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set high-quality meetings for their sales team. If you're looking to break into B2B technology sales and build a long-term career with strong earning potential, this is a great place to start.
Compensation: hourly plus incentive base bonuses
Job Duties:
- Make 6080 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects
- Research companies and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads and identify business needs
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales reps
- Manage outreach cadences using a CRM
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or nearing completion)
