Entry-Level Sales Representative Unlimited Potential Events North Houston, Texas, United States About this position Job Type: Full-time Location: Houston, TX (In Person) About the Position We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face interactions at retail locations and community events. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll connect with community members, educate them about charitable campaigns and awareness initiatives, explain available support opportunities and promotional merchandise, answer questions, and assist individuals who choose to support these organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership while receiving paid training and ongoing mentorship. Responsibilities Represent nonprofit and charitable awareness campaigns at retail and community event locations Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations Educate the public about campaign initiatives, programs, and promotional opportunities Answer customer questions and provide accurate information Assist supporters through the enrollment or purchase process Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Meet individual and team performance goals Assist with event setup, breakdown, and display maintenance Complete daily reports and required documentation Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve campaign objectives Paid training Professional development and mentorship Positive and team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Weekend availability for scheduled events as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable interacting with the public in person Reliable transportation to our Houston office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Must be authorized to work in the United States About Us We partner with respected nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness and strengthen community support through in-person outreach and event-based marketing.
