Experiential Marketing Associate

Washington, DC Metropolitan Area | Full-Time | On-Site

Turning everyday interactions into unforgettable experiences.

Levant Acquisitions is an experiential marketing company headquartered in the DMV. We run face-to-face campaigns that connect people directly with the organizations and brands we represent. When someone meets our team, we want them to remember our client, not the agency. That’s how genuine our work is meant to feel.

We’re hiring Experiential Marketing Associates to represent our clients in person at events and public spaces across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, engage new audiences, and help interested people sign up.

What You’ll Do

• Bring each client’s brand and story to life through face-to-face conversations
• Represent every campaign as if it were your own, so each interaction feels authentic
• Answer questions, build trust, and turn interest into sign-ups
• Work toward campaign goals with a team that tracks results and keeps improving
• Learn how campaigns move from strategy to execution

Earned, Not Handed Out

We promote from within, and every promotion and leadership role at Levant is earned through consistent results, not time served. As client demand grows, so do the opportunities: team training, leadership, and campaign management are open to people who prove themselves. With hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from day one, you’ll have the support to get there.

Where It Can Take You

Most of our work happens across the DMV, but our campaigns also expand into major U.S. cities. Top performers can earn opportunities to travel to places like New York, Miami, and Los Angeles for advanced training, leadership development, and large-scale events. Travel is never required.

You’ll Thrive If

• You love meeting people and can put a stranger at ease
• You’re a natural storyteller, or want to become one
• You’re motivated by goals and measurable progress
• You’d rather earn recognition than wait for it

No marketing or sales experience required. Many of our team come from customer service, hospitality, retail, events, and other people-focused roles.
