We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution across multiple lines of business. This role is focused on tactical execution and project coordination, ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the marketing workflow from intake to launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can coordinate with marketing, design, automation, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business.
• Manage campaign intake requests and ensure all required information is submitted accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Automation team to ensure campaigns are properly built, deployed, and tracked.
• Submit and manage creative and design requests, ensuring assets are delivered according to project timelines.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify and escalate roadblocks.
• Maintain organization and visibility across a high volume of concurrent marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist with maintaining campaign documentation, workflows, and project tracking tools.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Campaign Specialist.
• Experience with campaign execution and campaign funnels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Exposure to 6sense, RingLead, or similar marketing technology platforms.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating trade show or event marketing initiatives.
