Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a diverse range of HVAC equipment, demonstrating expertise in decision-making for effective resolutions. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints accurately to facilitate seamless installations and repairs. Exhibit advanced customer service skills, maintaining open communication and professional conduct with clients. Take on leadership roles and responsibilities, showcasing a proactive approach and a readiness to lead by example.
