Client Service RepresentativeWe 're seeking a Part time Client Service Representative with veterinary hospital experience to join our team. We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.Why We Need YouThe Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:Scanning and uploading medical recordsContacting referral DVM for medical recordsChecking emails and responding promptlyBuilding medical records and scheduling appointmentsAnswering phone and delegating appropriate tasksEnsuring that facility is neat and clean at all timesSchedule would be 24 - 30hrs a week scheduled with flexibility to work a weekend shift.Salary range $19-21 dependent on experienceBenefits: We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and paid vacation/sick days, 401(k), generous employee pet discounts and more!
