Hematology/Oncology Physician

Base Salary: $500,000 + Incentives Flexible Schedule | Partnership Track Available New York Our client is a growing, multi-site private practice serving the New York community. As part of the practice, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to high-quality Hem/Onc services while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in the community. About The Role Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Established practice currently experiencing growth (2–3 week waitlist for new patients) Work alongside a full-time physician during onboarding Travel between two sites Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10 am–6 pm Wednesday: 12 pm–7 pm Friday: 10 am–3 pm Flexible schedule options available (3‑ or 4‑day work week possible) You’ll start by seeing 15–20 patients per day, with a higher proportion of hematology cases and room to expand oncology services. The emphasis is on quality over volume and building strong patient relationships.
