Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
1st Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000
Top Performers: $100,000-$130,000 annually
Company vehicle provided (gas, maintenance, insurance covered)
Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k) + profit sharing, and employee savings account
Two weeks paid time off annually, minimum 40 hours of sick leave annually, and 7 paid holidays

About the Role

At Auto-Chlor, you’ll own your territory, build your book of business, and work directly with restaurant owners and operators throughout Northern Colorado.

This is NOT a warm-lead role, you’ll be actively prospecting and generating new business daily.

What You’ll Do

Conduct 20–30 in-person prospecting visits per day
Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts
Sell commercial dishwashing and sanitation solutions
Manage your full sales cycle from lead to close
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Partner with service and installation teams to ensure successful account onboarding

What We’re Looking For

Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment
Sales experience preferred (B2B, D2D, hospitality, or customer-facing backgrounds are a plus)
Valid driver’s license required
