Accounting ClerkWe're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our dealership. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing inventory accounting, and supporting our management team with timely and reliable data.What You'll Do:General ledger entriesReconcile accounts receivables and payablesBank reconciliationDaily deposit reconciliationMonth end processesPost unit salesOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail orientedMinimum one year of related experience requiredA/R and A/P experienceBank reconciliation experienceIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills neededSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsHoliday World is a growing company that is looking for quality individuals to join our team of professional employees.
