Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for driving retail and boutique sales for Haremlique Istanbul and Haremlique à la mer. In this role, the Sales Specialist engages with customers, presents product features and benefits, and offers styling and product recommendations that align with the brand’s luxury positioning. Daily activities include greeting and assisting clients, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the showroom or retail space reflects the brand image. The Sales Specialist also follows up on client inquiries, builds long-term customer relationships, and supports sales initiatives and promotions to achieve individual and store targets. The role may involve collaborating with management on inventory feedback, participating in product training, and representing the brand at local events or trunk shows. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver a premium shopping experience. Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing techniques in a retail or luxury environment. Candidates should possess willingness to learn and apply product knowledge to educate customers and support team development. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in luxury retail or fashion, proficiency with POS and basic computer systems, and strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including weekends and holidays as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
