Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to grow KI Wall Solutions and commercial interiors opportunities throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida . In this field-based role, you will build relationships with architects, designers, healthcare organizations, business clients, contractors, developers, and dealer partners to identify opportunities, influence specifications, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with experience in commercial interiors, architectural products, construction, healthcare, or furniture sales, and a passion for developing strong customer relationships. Enjoy the flexibility of working from your home office and earn a competitive salary of around $90,000 with commission starting from the first dollar sold!

You will need to live in the territory to effectively cover/travel to the accounts in your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow KI Wall Solutions and commercial furniture sales opportunities within the Miami-Dade market.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, healthcare organizations, developers, contractors, and dealer partners.
• Identify and influence projects early in the design and construction process.
• Conduct presentations, CEUs, and product demonstrations to promote KI solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities and customer activity through Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with dealer partners and internal teams to support project success.
• Provide consultative expertise on wall systems, workplace, and healthcare environments.
• Support projects from initial concept through installation.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand KI's market presence.
• Achieve sales growth through strategic account development and relationship management.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, interior design, architecture, construction, commercial furniture, healthcare environments, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within commercial furniture, architectural products, wall systems, construction, healthcare, or workplace markets.
• Strong ability to build relationships with architects, designers, end users, dealers, developers, contractors, healthcare clients, and other industry stakeholders.
• Knowledge of consultative selling, opportunity management, territory planning, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Existing relationships within the Miami-Dade A&D, commercial real estate, healthcare, construction, or dealer communities.
• Experience with movable/demountable walls, architectural products, commercial furniture, workplace solutions, or healthcare interiors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales or project intelligence tools.
• Experience presenting to architects, designers, executives, facilities teams, healthcare leaders, and contractor partners.
