Job Description
The Assembly Worker uses hand and power tools to assemble truck parts in a production environment, contributing to the efficient and accurate build of high-quality products.
Responsibilities

• Assemble truck parts using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and work instructions.
• Follow established production processes to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Perform general production and general labor tasks as needed to support the assembly line.
• Inspect assembled parts for defects or inaccuracies and make adjustments as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Handle materials and components in a safe and efficient manner within the warehouse and production areas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating tools and working in the facility.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and improve workflow.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse assembly or similar production environment.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to operate power tools in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of general production processes and workflows.
• Capability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning parts.
• Attention to detail when assembling and inspecting truck parts.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Comfort working in a climate-controlled, robotic production facility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled shifts and production goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everman, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
