Job Description
Join our team as a Harness Assembler and help build high-quality electrical wiring harnesses used in vehicle production. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble, route, cut, and crimp wires, connect terminals, and organize harnesses while following detailed work instructions and diagrams.
Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical wiring harnesses to specification
• Cut, route, and crimp wires
• Connect terminals, connectors, and other electrical components
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics
• Inspect and organize harness assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain safety and production standards

Qualifications

• Experience working with electrical components, wiring, or harness assembly
• Ability to read and follow diagrams, schematics, or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working at a workstation for extended periods

Preferred Experience

• Electronic or mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Manufacturing or production environment experience

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winter Park, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
