Project Coordinator

Western Products is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you will help coordinate labor and materials for installation projects, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, sales staff, and internal operations. This is a non-travel position—no need to visit warehouses, jobsites, or production facilities. WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY Work Monday through Friday—no weekends Flexible summer hours available Supportive, family-oriented culture Competitive pay with top benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, paid time-off, and more Growth opportunities to build your career and enhance your skills RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming customer calls regarding window, door, siding, and roofing service needs, and schedule service appointments Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer concerns, working to resolve any issues by maintaining clear and timely communication via phone, email, and text throughout the project life cycle Collaborate effectively with internal departments—including production, purchasing, sales, and warehouse staff—to ensure materials and personnel are prepared as scheduled Coordinate and manage project schedules, materials, and inventory, ensuring warehouse staging and providing responsive support to field crews for timely, professional service delivery Identify and help resolve issues related to materials, timing, and scheduling using data from ERP Be the main point of contact for our customers, production, and internal workflow teams Review jobs sold and upcoming start dates to confirm crew scheduling and budget alignment Assist with completing internal workflow analytics in a timely manner and reporting findings REQUIREMENTS Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities with experience working collaboratively in a team environment Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, suggest, and implement process improvements Solid planning and project management capabilities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction from start to finish Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Proficiency in computer software and systems; ERP experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Western Products
