Foundation Administrative Assistant

The Columbus Community Hospital Foundation is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support fundraising efforts, donor relations, board activities, and daily Foundation operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with donors, community leaders, volunteers, and hospital leadership while gaining valuable experience in healthcare philanthropy, fundraising, event coordination, and nonprofit management.


This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication, organizational, and financial skills who is interested in professional growth and the opportunity to assume increasing leadership responsibilities over time.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Occasional evening and weekend participation for Foundation events

• Strong administrative, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of financial recordkeeping and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Professional, confidential, and service-oriented approach
• Experience in fundraising, nonprofit operations, healthcare, business, or accounting preferred
