Customer Service - Bilingual Japanese

Global Custodian Bank seeks a bilingual Japanese Customer Service contractor in New York for the assignment till December. This role will serve as the primary liaison to all clients for the Bank's Global Custody Website. This role requires reading and responding to client inquiries in Japanese and English, organizing applications for users of the website, and tracking the setup of each web ID. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to organize and track client requests are required. Familiarity with finance and transactional banking will be a big plus. Other ad hoc tasks, including providing backup support for FX hedging and other managing custody-related inquiries. Dental & Vision Health insurance available.
