Job Type: Full-Time Location: Houston, TX Office FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Associate Marketing Manager - Digital Job Summary The Marketing Specialist will support our Marketing team in the execution of marketing programs and initiatives that enhance market share, support product launches, and strengthen Tadano's brand presence across North and South America. This role will focus on coordinating and implementing marketing activities, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. The position will work closely with the marketing team to support the consistent and effective promotion of Tadano products. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with corporate policies, guidelines, and the Tadano Values. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, global marketing initiatives, and overall Tadano business objectives Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels, including: Media and PR activities Development of marketing materials (print and digital) aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences Digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and website updates Planning and execution of meetings, customer events, conferences, and trade shows Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency are maintained Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness Collaborate with the global marketing team to support and implement global campaigns and communications at the regional level Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and market growth initiatives Support marketing operations, including budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs NOTE: This job description represents the essential functions of the position but is not all-inclusive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with exposure to multiple marketing disciplines (digital, content, events, and/or product marketing) Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across channels, including digital marketing (social media, email, website) and marketing collateral development Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, or analytics tools is preferred Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and organize/complete multiple projects efficiently with strong attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Pay Range Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually (DOE) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requirements This position requires prolonged periods of computer use and sitting at a desk.
