Now Hiring: Electronics Test & Configuration Technicians
Location: Chandler, AZ 85226
Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.75 per hour
What You'll Do
As an Electronics Test & Configuration Technician, you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and configuring electronic devices to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards for refurbishment and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Repair

• Perform functional testing to determine refurbishment eligibility and identify hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, assemblies, and systems.
• Replace defective parts and conduct repair verification testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Build, debug, and maintain testing setups and equipment.

Inspection & Quality Control

• Conduct detailed visual inspections of components and assemblies, including microscope inspections when required.
• Identify defects, quality concerns, and performance issues.

Diagnostics & Analysis

• Perform failure analysis and investigate hardware-related issues using testing and laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

System Configuration

• Configure testing hardware and software.
• Execute automated test scripts and follow standardized testing procedures using computer-based systems.

Documentation

• Accurately document test results, repairs, and inspection findings.
• Update transactional and inventory records within company systems.
• Generate reports and maintain detailed records of completed work.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics testing, computer repair, technical support, diagnostics, or troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
