That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.What you’ll doResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics;Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments;Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers;Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities;Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimization;Identify capital markets system needs and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructure;Support the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project and cross-functional coordination responsibilities; andContribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmap.Who you areMinimum requirementsMust have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelors, progressive experience.Must also have 7 years of experience in each of the following:Investments, interest rate risk management, and global cash management;Fixed income, interest rate derivatives, FX, hedging strategies, and analyzing macroeconomic trends;Creating financial forecasts and models; andExperience in financial markets, FX or Fixed Income, in G10 or emerging markets.5 years of experience in running deadline-oriented deals or projects, including planning, stakeholder management, operational best practices, and tracking results. 2 years of experience in Bloomberg Terminal.Salary: $199,222 - $235,200/yr.This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.40 hrs/week50% Telecommuting permitted.Multiple Positions Available.
