We are looking for a machinist to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.

Your challenge:

This position is a union position and will be assigned to one of three shifts. Training for this position will happen during first/daylight shift.

CNC machining experience is preferred, and programming is a plus.

Must be able to work to close tolerances on large products. Experience machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials required.

Experience in the operation of the following machines is a plus:

• All types of machining equipment including manual and CNC skills.
• Horizontal boring mills (both CNC and manual).
• Large vertical boring mills (both CNC and manual).
• Large turning - vertical or horizontal lathes (both CNC and manual).
• Multi axis milling and turning equipment.
• Manual and CNC grinding experience.

What you bring:

• Six years of experience preferred.
• High school graduate plus completion of a four-year machinist apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
