About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist in training junior machinists and interns.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining or related field.
• Proficient in operating CNC or manual lathes and mills.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
