Project Manager: Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology
Required Knowledge:
- Ability to project manager multiple commercial Division 8 projects at one time.
- Attention to detail and communication are a must for this Project Manager position.
- Knowledge and experience in take offs and estimating Doors, Frames and Hardware for Commercial construction.
- Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology
- Working knowledge of Commercial construction documentation and pricing, able to read plans and specifications.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledgeable of Commercial Construction principles and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Knowledgeable of negotiated bids, hard bids.
- Maintains a "value added" approach to Project Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or work equivalent) for Construction Science or related field
- Proficiency with reading Commercial construction plans, specifications and vendor product data information
- Familiarity with Commercial construction project delivery methods and practices.
