Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; respond to emergencies with appropriate critical thinking and clinical judgment. Administer medications, monitor patient status, and intervene in deteriorating conditions as part of the emergency response. Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other disciplines; supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff as needed. Document care accurately in the patient record and ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Active California Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure by endorsement. Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment and manage 12-hour night shifts. Strong assessment, critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision as assigned. Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and complete credentialing and orientation processes as required.
