Senior Director, Outpatient Programs & Quality Impact

Banyan Community Health is seeking a Senior Director of Outpatient Programs to provide operational and administrative leadership across Psychotherapy, Psychiatry, Primary Care, CTS and MAT. Reporting to the COO, this role guides strategy, quality, access, and workforce development to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. You will partner with executive and clinical leaders to ensure regulatory compliance with FQHC and HRSA standards, manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive #J-18808-Ljbffr Banyan Health
