Account Advisor - Healthcare Call Center
Lofton Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Account Advisors to join our member services team. You'll be the trusted voice helping members navigate healthcare benefits, enrollment and billing inquiries with professionalism and care!
Location : Remote (MUST RESIDE IN LOUISIANA) Key Responsibilities focused on:
Portal updates and navigation
Portal registration
Enrollment & Benefits
ID card processes / general member support
- Assist members with open enrollment processes
- Research and resolve billing and healthcare claim inquiries from members and providers
- Verify benefits application and payment accuracy across multiple systems
- Process adjustments, refunds, edits, and payment corrections
- Ensure member and provider satisfaction through thorough, accurate service
- Stay current with company policies, healthcare regulations, and system updates
Required Qualifications
- Louisiana residents only
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year medical/healthcare customer service experience
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates must have a stable broadband internet connection :
- Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds
- Satellite and cellular internet are not supported
- Preferred providers include AT&T, Cox (non-basic), Xfinity, Spectrum, REV, etc.
- Previous call center experience
- Knowledge of healthcare benefits or claims processing
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems
