We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide essential respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver life-saving interventions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, nebulization, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and pulmonary function testing.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust care plans as needed in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assist in emergency care, including code blue response, airway management, and intubation support.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health, equipment use, and disease management.
• Document all patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safe, effective operation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC.
• Active state license to practice (if applicable).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
• Strong clinical skills, with experience in acute or critical care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
