Home Health OT Job Summary:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will develop personalized in-home rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your role will focus on promoting independence through customized activities, adaptive techniques, and environmental adjustments. You will work collaboratively and empathetically to empower individuals to improve their daily living skills within their home environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
