Supports daily culinary operations at Traditions, ensuring high-quality food production, consistent execution, food safety, sanitation, and adherence to Sodexo and TCNJ standards. Leads and develops culinary staff, manages production and inventory, controls food and labor costs, supports menu execution, and drives an exceptional dining experience for students and guests.
