Schedule (days/hours) Monday - 8am-5pm, Tuesday - 9am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post‑procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check‑in to check‑out Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high‑quality care Qualifications Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation $23-$26/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
