Forklift Operator / Material Handler – Temp-to-Hire

Target Hire:  Immediate
Target Pay Rate: $19-20 / hour based on experience 
Eligibility:  U.S. citizens or residents / EAD only

Schedule

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule 
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
• 12-hour shifts 

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but responsibilities may include:

• Operating a forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility. 
• Supporting production by delivering materials where they're needed. 
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments. 
• Preparing products for shipment, staging materials, and keeping inventory organized. 
• Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures. 
• Using handheld technology to track inventory and material movement. 
• Working closely with production and warehouse teams to help keep operations running efficiently. 

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. 
• Safety-minded and dependable. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. 
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. 
• Willing to stay active throughout a 12-hour shift. 
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow. 

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production role. Candidates should be able to:

• Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
• Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the workday.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling products and materials.
• Work safely around large production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting quality and production standards.
• Previous shipping & receiving experience is a plus, and experience operating specialized material handling equipment is highly valued.
