Accounting Assistant

A Japanese Trading Company in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Accounting Assistant. We truly value our employees and their opinions and prioritize growing Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance: 99% company-paid Company-paid Life Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Performance-based bonus program Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid vacation days Responsibilities (most will be shared with other team members): Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail Review and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system Review and process A/P product/non-product invoices and payments in the ERP system Process credit/debit memo, rebate/commission, and inventory adjustment Perform cash and other sub ledger account reconciliations Support ISO internal management and admin tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Work experience with ERP or accounting system or data entry is a MUST 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounting Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to details Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Responsibilities Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses Perform administrative support functions Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports Handle monthly and quarterly reports Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr iiicareer | Interesse International Inc.
