2398 - MPD Wellsite Supervisor

We are supporting a major onshore development drilling campaign in the Middle East and are seeking experienced MPD Wellsite Supervisors to support HPHT operations. This role is suited to experienced drilling professionals capable of leading Managed Pressure Drilling operations in technically demanding environments. Role Purpose The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing onshore MPD operations, maintaining pressure control, ensuring safe execution of drilling programmes, and acting as the operational focal point between the client and drilling teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise onshore MPD operations in accordance with approved procedures Lead wellsite execution and operational decision-making Monitor pressure management systems and drilling performance Ensure compliance with HSE and well control requirements Coordinate activities between drilling and MPD personnel Maintain operational reporting and documentation Technical Project Context Operation Type: Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Well Type: HPHT Development Wells Focus: Pressure management, well control, and drilling performance Why Performance Energy Performance Energy specialises in deploying experienced drilling and wellsite personnel into technically challenging operations worldwide. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as an MPD Wellsite Supervisor Strong MPD operational background Experience working on HPHT wells Previous Weatherford MPD experienceStrong understanding of well control and drilling operations Preferred / Advantageous Background Previous experience supporting major operator drilling campaigns Experience managing high-pressure operational environments Ability to mobilise immediately Certifications (Mandatory) All relevant MPD and offshore/onshore certifications current and in date Well Control Certification Valid Medical Certification Additional Information 35/35 rotational assignment Opportunity to support a major Middle East development project #J-18808-Ljbffr Performance Energy Ltd
