Job Overview A law firm seeks a Debt Finance Associate to join its Finance Practice Group in New York City, NY. The associate will engage in a variety of debt finance transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and executing financing documents. This role involves advising on credit facilities and collaborating with partners and attorneys across practice groups. Duties Represent clients in drafting and negotiating financing documents. Advise on credit facilities and financing arrangements. Collaborate with partners and attorneys to advance transactions. Manage day-to-day aspects of transactions from initiation to closing. Interact directly with clients to ensure efficient transaction progress. Requirements 3-6 years of debt finance transactional experience. Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple matters effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sound professional judgment and client service orientation. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted. Timely admission to the Bar of the hiring office's state required.
