About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Executive Director to guide it through a transformative era, marked by the opening of a new Wildlife Hospital and Education Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization during this significant transition, overseeing the fully funded project, and working closely with a dedicated board, talented staff, and passionate volunteers. The role demands an inspiring leader with a clear vision, emotional intelligence, and a deep passion for the animals and communities served by the organization. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a strategic and dynamic individual, capable of maintaining the organization's strong community ties while also driving its mission forward. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement.
