Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Responsibilities Perform day-to-day invoice processing by validating invoice information, researching discrepancies, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders as needed to resolve issues. Participate in the payment process by reviewing payment batches to ensure accuracy and that all required approvals are obtained before payments are submitted. Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures. Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies. Attend training courses as may be required by AGI. Physical Requirements Must be able to occasionally lift / carry / push / pull and move items 10 pounds (or more. Must be able to use close vision and sit for long periods of time.
