The Role With $23 billion in assets under management, we've achieved significant growth through advisor recruitment and our recently expanded strategy of acquiring practices. Our technology platform enables us to serve clients more effectively and cost-efficiently, offering advisors who join Farther as employees a high payout of wealth advisory fees while maintaining low personnel costs for acquired practices. This role combines M&A expertise and execution excellence to drive Farther's acquisition strategy within the RIA space. You will be responsible for evaluating and executing M&A opportunities with retiring advisors and RIA firms.
