You will be working for our client, a travel technology company that is a three-sided marketplace focused on connecting trip hosts, travelers, and local operators for group travel experiences. They give content creators the tools to turn their online communities into real-world trips, with vetted local operators handling logistics on the ground.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Run and optimize direct response paid media programs across Meta and Google Ads
• Continuously analyze performance data to spot opportunities, diagnose underperformance, and identify what to test next
• Manage campaigns against cost and efficiency targets (CPA/CPB, ROAS) while protecting volume
• Partner with the design and brand team to shape ad creative and copy, with a clear point of view on what converts and why
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify and improve down-funnel drop-off beyond the ad platform
• Report on performance regularly in a clear, decision-oriented way
• Recommend budget allocation and strategy for sign-off from the Head of Marketing

Skills you have:

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) running direct-response paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, ideally in a marketplace, subscription, or e-commerce environment with real budget ownership
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data, forming hypotheses, and distinguishing signal from noise
• A sharp eye for what converts in ad creative, backed by data from past campaigns
• Strong written communication for reporting findings and recommendations to a small, fast-moving team
• Genuine curiosity and a habit of digging past surface-level metrics

Skills that will make you stand out:

• SQL proficiency
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to speed up analysis, creative ideation, reporting, or campaign QA
• SEO/AEO knowledge
• Experience with TikTok or other emerging paid channels
