As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid media strategy and execution across our core digital channels, while supporting ABM ad campaign management. This role combines hands-on channel expertise with agency and creative direction to drive more effective, higher-performing campaigns across the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
• Support ABM ad campaign management in partnership with the ABM team
• Direct the ad agency's day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns align to goals and timelines
• Lead channel-specific creative strategy, briefing and guiding creative direction by platform to improve ad performance
• Manage budget allocation and pacing across channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data, testing new formats and audiences to improve ROI
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, speed up campaign analysis, and get more done across day-to-day workflows
• Partner with MOPS, PMM, and ABM stakeholders to align paid media with broader demand gen priorities

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn required; YouTube/Reddit/ChatGPT a plus)
• Experience directing or managing an external agency
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and how it differs by channel
• B2B marketing experience preferred, cybersecurity/Identity Security a plus
• Analytical mindset, comfortable owning budget and performance metrics
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate tasks, run analysis, and streamline paid media reporting
• ABM experience a plus, not required
• Bonus: familiarity with marketing automation or CRM/ABM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase)
