While we have all the traditional tools and methods in our toolbox, what makes us different is our drone which cleans buildings up to 15 stories tall. With the drone, we keep humans safe and clean buildings and windows faster and more cost-effectively than traditional high-rise methods. About The Role We are growing and looking for a full-time Business Development Representative to focus on expanding our commercial revenue. This role is a full-cycle sales role perfect for someone who can take initiative, build trust with decision-makers, and deliver solutions with the highest levels of customer service. Must be comfortable with cold-calling, attending networking events, and closing deals. Your first 90 days will focus on building relationships with property managers and building owners, and establishing partnerships with other complimentary property service companies. Key Responsibilities Build commercial relationships through in-person visits, cold calling, networking events, referrals, and local relationship building. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of commercial revenue opportunities and track all activity in our CRM (ServiceMinder). Prepare quotes and proposals using in-house pricing tools and resources. Close new business and convert one-time jobs into long-term recurring service relationships. Coordinate with Operations team to ensure scope of work is communicated so all work is performed correctly. Follow up consistently on open proposals, renewals, expansions, potential partnerships, and recurring opportunities. Participate in a weekly pipeline review with Owner. Represent Window Hero Fort Worth professionally in the field and in the community. Key Qualities Previous experience in sales or recruiting is required, with demonstrated competence in cold calling and lead generation. Ability to work independently, and comfortable splitting time in the field and in the office. Strong verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing scope, pricing, objections, and service value with commercial prospects. Ability to learn pricing tools, quoting processes, and operational handoff expectations. Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline. Valid driver’s license. Clean background check. Compensation Base salary plus commission paid on collected revenue.
