Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000/year + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do:

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will perform residential service calls, electrical installations, and select light commercial projects. You'll be responsible for delivering safe, code-compliant work while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform residential electrical service and installation work
• Complete select light commercial electrical projects
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend solutions
• Ensure all work meets current electrical codes and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Accurately document completed work
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Support company growth through quality workmanship and outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent residential electrical experience
• Experience with residential service and installations
• Light commercial electrical experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to grow into leadership opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to safely lift, climb ladders, and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation
