With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.**SENIOR INTERNATIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**OH: R154119* Lead Relationship Manager with a proven ability to gain a client's confidence and a growing share of the client’s wallet.* Strong focus on gathering assets under management, deposits and loan production.* Versed in banking, investments and fiduciary services with a proven ability to cross sell services.* Acts as the quarterback for the team surrounding the client.* Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function.* Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise.* Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities.* Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.* Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.**The ideal candidate will benefit from the following competencies:*** At least 12 years in International Wealth Management with 10 plus years of experience as a Lead Relationship Manager.* Has proven experience in client acquisition and has existing client relationships that will transition well to Northern Trust.* Knowledge and expertise of doing business in Mexico and proper protocol pertaining to clients, travel, hosting events, etc.* Multilingual, with excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically in English and Spanish.* In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.* Highly flexible and adaptable to change.* Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.**Working with Us:**As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
