We are excited to announce our first Naked Farmer location in Nashville, TN! We cannot wait to serve you! We will be opening Spring 2026 and are excited to begin accepting applications!

Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table fast casual restaurant serving seasonal vegetables in Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We are a restaurant group looking to build on a culture of driven curiosity and ambitious innovation, finding and implementing new solutions to offer a simple, healthy, affordable meal. Our mission is to build a better food system by connecting farmers to the community. Naked Farmer is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our team. About The Role

As a Line Cook, you'll be an integral part of our culinary team, working alongside our chefs to cook and serve delicious food. Your responsibilities will include mastering various cooking stations and ensuring that every dish is prepared to our high standards. You'll become proficient in our recipes and processes, serving as a reliable resource for both our team and our guests.

Compensation: $21-$23 per hour

In the role of Line Cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, working together with our chefs to uphold the highest standards in our scratch-based restaurant. Your passion for cooking delicious food will be evident as you learn and eventually master various cooking stations, ensuring each recipe is prepared consistently to showcase the best of the season. You will work alongside and inspire those eager to share their love for cooking. You Will:

• Prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using our recipes as a guide and your tastebuds as validation.
• Learn and work across different kitchen stations, enhancing your skills each day.
• Support the team during all service times, helping out as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks in the kitchen, standing and moving for extended periods.
• Uphold Naked Farmer's food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Meticulously handle, prepare, and produce food while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness.
• Operate with a sense of urgency, dedication, and precision to deliver consistently high-quality food in our fast-paced culinary environment.

You Have:

• A passion for real, good food and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to meet the job's physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.
• Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on supporting the restaurant's overall success.

Born during a global pandemic, Naked Farmer quickly adapted, delivering fresh food directly from farm to doorstep. Our ethos is founded on resilience, transparency, and telling the story of the farmers behind our local food supply. With a commitment to becoming 100% locally-sourced, we are now embarking on an expansion phase, opening new locations and furthering our mission of transparency in sourcing and cooking while supporting local farmers, communities, and chefs. Currently operating 8 restaurants in Tampa Bay and South Florida, we are in the process of adding six more across the state over the next 18 months.
