Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Responsibilities Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs. Communicates care plans across the continuum and proactively addresses patient preferences and barriers. Participates in activities to improve patient safety, quality, and regulatory adherence. Educates patients and families on managing their health and medication administration. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times. Qualifications & Skills RN license required. Minimum education: Nursing diploma or associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of recent RN experience preferred; experience in IV skills, apheresis, dialysis, or vascular access is a plus.
