Clinical Nurse PACU

Role Registered Nurse in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a major hospital, providing direct patient care for a diverse range of surgical and critical care patients. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on post-treatment management and medication administration. Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual patient needs. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license.
