salary: $28 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices using 3-way matching.

• Schedule and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Create and issue accurate customer invoices, billing statements, and credit memos.

• Post incoming cash, checks, and electronic payments to correct accounts.

• Track aging reports, perform collections outreach, and resolve billing disputes.

General Accounting & Admin

• Reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers and bank accounts for month-end close.

• Process credit card statements, expense reports, and maintain organized audit files.
