TikTok Live Sales Host

Work Location: In person-Near Kedzie Avenue and Foster Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625

Pay: $18-22 per hour plus sales-based bonuses

Schedule: Part-time, flexible shifts

About Ecodunia

EcoDunia is a Chicago-based fashion and accessories company offering distinctive jewelry, bags, and lifestyle products. We are expanding our TikTok Shop presence and are looking for a strong camera-salesperson who can capture attention, explain products clearly, and turn live viewers into customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Livestreams from our Chicago studio, typically lasting 3–5hours
• Model, display, and demonstrate EcoDunia product features and usage scenarios to increase interest and purchase intent
• Explain product details, benefits, materials, sizing, styling, and pricing in a clear and persuasive way
• Recommend products based on viewers’ preferences, questions, and needs
• Keep the livestream active by welcoming viewers, responding to comments, and encouraging participation
• Use storytelling, scenario demonstrations, and emotional engagement to build brand trust
• Create urgency around promotions, limited quantities, new products, and special offers
• Address questions and purchase concerns confidently and professionally
• Encourage repeat viewers and help develop a recognizable TikTok Live community
• Stay current on products, inventory, promotions, and upcoming launches
• Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate relevant ideas into livestream content
• Appear in short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels
• Work with the marketing team to test new formats, offers, and product presentations
• Review sales and engagement results to improve future livestreams
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure smooth livestream operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong on-camera presence with an engaging and confident communication style
• Prior experience as a livestream host, sales associate, or working in e-commerce is preferred.
• Confident selling directly, recommending products, and asking viewers to make a purchase
• Able to maintain consistent energy and conversation throughout long live sessions
• Familiar with TikTok, livestream content, and online shopping best practices
• Quick to learn product details and able to explain them naturally
• Comfortable handling objections, unexpected questions, and slow periods during a live broadcast
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every scheduled shift
• Interested in social media, fashion, online retail, and consumer trends
• Able to work on-site near Kedzie Avenue and Foster Avenue in Chicago
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior TikTok Live experience is helpful but not required. Sales ability, reliability, personality, and comfort on camera are the most important factors.

Schedule

• Part-time weekday and weekend availability
• Live sessions generally run 3–5 hours
• Additional shifts may be offered during launches, promotions, and peak sales periods
