The role also involves close collaboration with the executive team, particularly during times of change, to ensure that all internal communications are transparent, inspiring, and effective in supporting the company's goals. Applicants for the Vice President, Internal Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in internal communications, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing internal communications for a remote or distributed workforce, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
