Commercial Proposals Business Partner

Haemonetics seeks a Commercial Proposals Business Partner to lead end-to-end proposal, RFP, and tender response operations. The role involves managing complex submissions, building a centralized content library, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to ensure compliant, scalable responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for commercial proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders from intake through submission
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams by establishing timelines, owners, deliverables, and escalation paths
• Design and maintain centralized commercial proposal content library with governance and version control processes
• Establish review processes to ensure proposal responses meet compliance, legal, and risk standards
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve proposal intake, approval routing, and reporting efficiency

• Strong response management and project planning skills with timeline and risk tracking expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information clearly
• High integrity and discretion when managing legally sensitive or compliance-related content
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities
• Experience collaborating across Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Regulatory functions
